1. Be a Homeowner in Illinois

This offer is exclusive to homeowners residing in ComEd territory in Illinois.

2. Have a ComEd Bill Over $80

If your current electric bill is $80 or higher, you likely qualify for the state’s solar program. You do not need to have a $200+ bill.

3. Schedule Your Free Savings Report Before December 1st

You must schedule and complete your personalized solar consultation by December 1, 2025, to lock in this limited-time Black Friday offer.

4. Sign Your Solar Agreement Before December 1st

Your agreement must be signed on or before 12/1/2025 to qualify. This confirms your intent to move forward and secures your rebate eligibility.

5. Complete Your Installation with Semper SolR

The system must be installed and turned on by your utility provider (Permission to Operate) through Semper SolR to receive the $1,000 rebate. Third-party or outside installs are not eligible.
