Black Friday $1,000 Solar Rebate – Terms & Conditions
Semper SolR LLC – $1,000 Cash Rebate Promotion (“Promotion”)
1. Eligibility. This Promotion is valid only for residential homeowners located within the service territory of ComEd in Illinois, who have not previously signed a solar agreement with Semper SolR or its approved installation partners.
2. Promotion Period. The solar agreement must be signed by December 1, 2025. Systems must be installed by Semper SolR and receive Permission to Operate (PTO) from the utility. Semper SolR reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion at any time.
3. System Installation & Activation. The customer’s solar system must be installed by Semper SolR, meet local permitting and inspection requirements, and receive PTO from the utility within 180 days of the agreement signing, unless otherwise approved in writing by Semper SolR.
4. Rebate Payment. The rebate will be issued in the form of a check or electronic payment within 14 days after the system has received PTO and the customer’s account is in good standing. The rebate is non‑transferable and limited to one per household.
5. Minimum Bill & Qualification Requirements. To qualify, the homeowner’s average monthly summer electric bill must be at least $80 in the prior 12‑month period, or otherwise meet feasibility standards as determined by Semper SolR (roof, shading, structural, credit, or other criteria).
6. No Up‑Front Cost Option. This Promotion applies to solar agreements entered under the no‑money‑down program offered by Semper SolR. Cash purchases or third‑party arrangements may not qualify unless specified.
7. Usage & Account Standing. Customer must maintain their utility account in good standing, be enrolled in any required automatic payment or program, and remain current on any payment obligations for the first six (6) months post‑PTO. Failure to maintain good standing may void the rebate eligibility.
8. Combinations & Limitations. This Promotion cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, referral bonuses, or affiliate promotions unless explicitly approved in writing by Semper SolR.
9. Taxes & Reporting. The customer is solely responsible for any tax liability, withholding, or reporting requirements related to the rebate. Semper SolR will not issue tax advice.
10. Modification & Termination. Semper SolR reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate this Promotion at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice.
11. Other Conditions. Offer valid for residential use only. Semper SolR may require additional documentation (proof of homeownership, utility bills, roof inspection, etc.) to verify eligibility. The system must remain installed and active for at least 12 months; removal or abandonment within 12 months may result in rebate forfeiture.
12. Governing Law. This Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
