1. Program description

Semper SolR Recruiting sends text messages to job applicants who opted in. Messages include application status updates, interview confirmations, interview reminders, rescheduling links, orientation details and replies to applicant questions. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our application form at https://sempersolr.com/careers, or by giving our recruiter verbal consent over the phone. Consent is not a condition of employment, and you can apply without agreeing to receive texts.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your application and interview schedule. It is usually no more than 2–6 messages per week while your application is active.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will get one confirmation text, and no more texts will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also email hr@sempersolr.com to opt out.

7. Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy
